This is a magnifying transmitter, so the primary is the copper tubing you can see, then the secondary is inside the white housing. The top of the secondary connects to the transmission line which enters the base of the third coil, with the discharges coming from the topload of this tertiary coil.
Grant E his magnifier met the very minimum requirements to be classified as an aircore.. it has some iron in it that is wrapped around coils, wardenclyf was made all out of iron pipe.. there is more to it then most know

I took a quick trip to Sirius and you would not believe how many breasts the men have. The men suckle the young. Mr Tesla would probably like to see a properly tuned coil actually doing what he intended it to do. All these stupid lookatmestillmorealsoagainnow yootoobahs making badly tuned coils that throw sparks everywhere make people think that's all these things do. "Duuhhh, der herrr hurr, noise goes *BRRRRRRR* and sparks! Yay!"
Don't put down the hard work of others before you yourself make a coil. Be happy he is showing off a variant of the standard design that few get to see in action.
