Great advice to carry what fits your needs and what you're comfortable/trained with! Great to see someone giving practical advice for once. Looks like a sensible EDC setup Marine. Have a thumbs up and a subscription from an old ex Infantryman, we little veteran gun tuber channels gotta stick together afterall. ;)
It can apply to everything really. Cars, set of keys, etc. In this standpoint I normally use the phrase for items that are critical in nature and can be easily miss placed, damaged, or used up rather quickly.
