Had one one my kids car thru insurance company. All they looked for was upsetting speed, braking, and acceleration. Saved quite a bit tho

I have this through State Farm and it has saved me up to $100 every 6 months. It is a small device that is on my windshield.

When my son turned last year when he turned 16 and our Insurance went up $300. We did all the discounts and nothing worked. We ended up switching Insurance companies and got a better rate and better coverage on our Home Owners.😊

They use GPS. If you go 4 miles over the speed limit they tell you. If you turn the app off they let you know

You should change car insurance regularly to get better rates and most have a discount for tracking your driving

We have State Farm. Have a tracker on both my car and husband's truck. Get that discount! No big deal.

Most companies won’t raise your rates, and will only give you a discount. The best advice that I learned was to shop your insurance every 6 months. People are too loyal to one company that will do everything they can to fight a claim when you need them. I switched insurance and save over $2k a year. Look around Eddie.

They probably track Eddie because he has the most expensive car. But that’s crazy, the important thing is what’s the past claims on the vehicles

Unless you are a crazy driver it works well. I have the tracker in my car. It is linked through your phone so don't get on your phone but you can go into the app if someone else is driving and let them know that it wasn't you. You can look and see how you are doing.

It plugs into your obd plug. I did it for 30 days but it said I hard brake. It didn't raise my rate.

when i was 17 i had go on my parents insurance they put me on SR22 policy insurance when i got my first car was 1970 Chevelle Malibu 4 door in 1985 while i was in high school it was very expensive back then

I know someone who does it to get a discount and it is just an app on her phone through her insurance company. With hers, there is no device she has to put in her car. If she’s in the car and someone else is driving, she can just hit a button within the app so the phone won’t think that she is the one driving. Also, it is a hit against her every time she talks on the phone while she is driving. Even though those calls are hands-free calls, they still count against her. So she tries to never talk on the phone while she drives since she does not drive long distances a lot.
