My breakfast at 8am for the past one year is 3 boiled eggs and matcha green tea. I actually eat one or two bananas for energy prior to going to the gym at 6am. Lost 17 kgs between May 2023 and now... Minimal rice, no oats but I eat potato, Avocado, fish and turkey daily. He is talking facts!
Me personally, I skip breakfast. I find it leaves more room for me to eat a larger lunch to make sure I get my proteins and fats. I don't mind rice. I like basmati rice.
My typical breakfast, 4 or 5 scrambled eggs with about 150g of grass fed ground beef. Sometimes I add half avocado and some button mushrooms. No bread is allowed in my house lol

Because muscles don't always mean you are healthy. Health is about longevity and quality of life. I like Eddie, but he doesn't use peer reviewed studies or literature to back up his claims.
Well he has a bodybuilding past so he does have a very high lean muscle mass, albeit it wasn't all natural body building anyway. People don't take his advice because it's more the mental side of it all which isn't healthy, you can still have a physically healthy body and have the odd bagel or two, it's about having a balanced diet and learning that treats are definitely part of that balance. Eddy unintentionally causes a lot of food anxiety for people and it can lead to disorders (orthorexia), which is no way to live as let's be real, food is such a great social tool and as I said earlier, it's better to have a general balance; which Eddy definitely doesn't get as he excludes a lot of foods and nutrients with the diet he promotes alas
@@Meatmanmark75 Looking healthy and being healthy are two different things. Whilst there is some crossover, his advice does help in terms of longevity and is actually harmful in regards to mental health.
All the people in the comments that is talking down on this guy, I’m here to tell you he’s telling the absolute truth. If you’re trying to lose a lot of weight this is the best way to do it. This way your body has no sugar to eat and will eat your body fat. I hated it at first but learned how to use cauliflower for rice or mash potatoes. I use spinach and eggs for tortilla wraps. I ask for my burger to be wrapped in lettuce. I eat berries for fruit. I eat until I’m full. I do a push pull routine 4 days a week and 20 minutes of walking on an incline. I lost over a 100 lbs…….my wife lost 50 lbs. Don’t knock into you try it.
Facts ! .....hes 100% correct Iv lost 22lbs in 6 months without exercise just eating the right things & intermittent fasting 😁 Plus lowered my cholesterol too. Mans a legend 😂
Yesterday I was so busy and I was running out of food at home. I tried 2 eggs and half a plate of mushrooms for breakfast and it filled me up for 8 hours. I had lots of energy and no bloating or gas.
Yep. Your body treats most food as sugar, bread, pasta, rice, yam, potatoes, even seeds as sugar. The major companies know that most people don't care much about this, and they make millions by conning the masses. Salute to Eddie for waking some of us up!

Doctors tell me to eat less meat, youtubers tell me to eat more meat, doctors tell me to at less salt, youtubers tell me to add salt etc etc, life is so confusing if you watch youtube or go to the doctors.

What do you mean? This is how humans naturally eat. What so special about eating grass seed? Would you eat grass seed if it weren’t for the added sweetness and fat? In fact, I (as well as most other people) would much rather have delicious, rich, and fatty soft scrambled or jammy boiled eggs and a fatty avocado for my first meal rather than that bland (other than the fruit and coconut milk added to the oats) stuff she eats for breakfast. People who are afraid of saturated fat even though the chronic health issues only started to show up after the introduction of grains and seed oils and stuff things down their face that they wouldn’t eat without being doused in something, like salad leaves, are the ones who have eating disorders because they aren’t eating what they truly yearn for
