Jones was such a great team player along with being very good 3level scorer especially after he left L.A where he had to tone down or sacrifice being less offensive aggressive to force feed Shaq and to allow Kobe to Flourish eventhough he got froze out like the middle child however it was great to see him bounce back to being a allstar and have a few more valuable yrs in Miami.
