Man, I find Jimmy Fallon's over-exaggerated laughs and table-slapping insufferable. He is entirely out of his depth in the Late Night interview format.
@danik9085 Speaks volumes about what, That is the same response every other 19-year-old man would give! You sound surprised by his answer as if Eddie Murphy was an idiot! He was 19 not 5!
@@NeverEnoughPyro40yeah? Tell that to the young rappers where 30-50 something old men wants to “party” with them! P.s. Don’t matter if you’re from the streets or not! They want three things: poor-dysfunction and desperate
Eddie is living legend one of my favs, and is the most complete complete comedian ever, impressions, stand up,box office, being a guest on a talk show, animation, action, rom coms....its not even close
How is it possible for one person to be so funny in so many different situations and environments (standup, acting, interviews, impersonation, story telling)?
Noooooooooooo. You don't know about business clearly. Why ruin his legendary career? The value of his classics would change and he can't do it better so noooo😂.
@@EBC-Broand Netflix and other platforms to be honest there are certain Comedians that can get away with being their true comics self on stage Eddie is one of those ones
ok. I have to ask. Why on earth did you choose to capitalize the word took? You could have went with "you", maybe both words "hub n caps", you even could have capitalized the first word "so" and added a few of these........ but wtf did you do instead?
@@IDontBuyIt50 I have class also love & respect for Eddie Murphy who is on MY Mt. Rushmore of COMEDIAN & I as a Black male in this case I didn’t use the word STEAL. All love have a nice day.
Robin Williams everyone else? That is the most disrespectful comment ever. If Robin is " everyone else" you don't know comedy and your opinion is useless.
@NeverEnoughPyro40 I know what you mean, but I don't throw "underrated" around like a lot of people in RU-vid comments. This is the first time I've ever commented that, and I felt weird typing it, because most people don't seem to know what it means. I legitimately have not heard people mention Eddie Murphy's impressions when talking about how funny he is.
God I love this man ❤ For many many years he was and still is our idol - speaking here for my whole family and most of our relatives. In fact one of my many cousins looks so much like him 😄
Eddie played mama Klump and displayed his character's emotions so well that he could easily play a non-comedic role as a female in a drama and equally as perfect a serious role as a Jewish man in a drama. Playing an Italian is not far behind. Eddie Murphy is that good😃🤔
@@coryking9041 Yeah, fair enough. Doesnt make sense to me either. Censorship in general just irritates me, especially here on RU-vid where its about 50/50 if my comment gets deleted lol
@@SvendleBerries You’re right about YT, it’s the most bias thing one can do. Censorship by its very nature is subjective interpretation of what is offensive.
Eddie is one of those entertainers … look, you have to stop, smile, and never EVER forget how much laughter he brought into your life, especially when life may have sucked. You never want to forget an entertainer of his caliber, his talent. Maybe there are ten to twenty entertainers worthy of that in anyone’s lifetime. He’s one of the few, baby.
Was just going through comments to see if anyone mentioned about that! Lol I mean seriously how out of context! All of a sudden it turned into recycling rap song?! Lol alrighty then!
ONLY Eddie can ROAST both MJ and Mike Tyson and put a smile on their (and our) faces. I hope he surprises us with a stand-up soon! *at the end that poor edit and music though - ugh. Y'all are lucky it's Eddie.
Classic stuff and here’s the plum: Eddie is one of the few stars still around who not only bridges the connecting eras of legendary figures across several sectors but actually interacted with them!! Let that sink in!!🙏🏿🤔
He is definitely the man , one of a kind per era ,that only comes along once in a while , Richard Pryor was another in a different era, Eddie is the man for his era and I believe if he was to do stand up again he would be the man right now in this time and place. Next gen .who’s your guy?
@swatsquealer don't get me wrong, I love Eddie. And I ain't judging shir. But dude DID have that incident with the trans hooker. And tried claiming that he was offering a poor girl a ride home.
man, I thought for a minute Letterman was going to go into Eddie's downfall night. Then Eddie said he had to take the trane......and I still wasn't sure. :)
Man, I remember the time back in the 70s and 80s when there where only a few world famous black comedians who became household names. Off the top of my head I can only remember Sammy Davis Jr., Richard Pryor, Bill Cosby and Eddie Murphy.
@johnlloyddy7016 Are you sure there were only a few world famous Black Comedians or maybe your memory is not so good! I’m going to name them all but how can you leave out Red Fox, He was popular back in the 1950s!
@@NeverEnoughPyro40 not in Asia during the 80s though. Those four were probably the only ones any Asians could name back then if they even remembered. There was one other but no one could pronounce his name much less remember it, Nixau from "The God's Must Be Crazy" and he wasn't even a comedian. Just a guy who starred in a comedy film.
