She is singing about the atrocities of October 7th. The young people that were murdered at the Nova dance festival (the attack started on sunrise)- people were hiding under their friends bodies (the choreography with all the dances implies that), the hole in her top is like a bullet hole. Tree is a symbol of life, but here it's upside down with the roots in the sky. It's also an olive tree like the dove holds as a symbol for peace. 🕊 "Hours on hours" like when people were waiting for a rescue... And there is so much more!
At first I didn't think that Israel should participate in the Eurovision Song Contest when we are still at war and there are still hostages in Gaza, but the song expresses so beautifully the feelings of pain for those who were brutally murdered, the fear and hope for the return of the hostages and the hope that there is a chance for a better future (the section in Hebrew - small light can banish the great darkness...). We will dance again! 🙏
People were murdered on the roads and in they houses. Woman, kids, elderly and unarmed civilians were tortured and murdered by the Hamas ISIS monsters. who now continue their crimes against the Israelis and spread lies

Dedicated to the +/-1,300 butchered on October 7th. This is mostly about the Nova music festival. Personally, I lost 17% of the contacts on my phone. The choreography is beyond…. The more I watch the more I see. God bless those who were slaughter in the most gruesome way on the Jewish Holiday Simchat Torah (10/7/23). They are holy ones. This is masterpiece is a tribute to them.

The song came to present what happened on the seventh of October. The dancers in the video introduce the people who came to spread light and love. It shows the murdered people who danced at the Nova festival in Israel. For us the date was really a hurricane She says there in one of the sentences, promise me you'll hold me again. Here she mentions the abductees from their point of view and their thoughts. The upside down tree shows the feeling of the people in Israel. The song mainly refers to hundreds of young people who were murdered at a dance and love festival called Nova. We will continue to dance and be happy with music, peace and love in front of all those who try to bring us down. Hi this beautiful song reflects the national sentiment in Israel after the horrible 7th October attack and the wor that followed it in morning of thousands of innocent lives mostly young lives that ended but in the end in Hebrew she looks to the sky in prayer and says that G-D always lives us a little light of hope! Your intuition is good. There's a lot of layers and subtext particularly in the video. Hurricane was the third submission for Eurovision as the first two were deemed "too political". Hurricane is an adaptation of the original submission called October Rain with adjusted lyrics - but there is symbolism in the video that alludes to the October 7 massacre. The hole in her white shirt, the upside down tree, and the movements of the dancers at different points all have meaning.

You identified correctly that there is hidden meaning in the song. For example, "people walk away but never said goodbye, " "Who's the fool who told you boys don't cry" refer to the victims of the 7/10 terror attacks in Israel, where people were brutally killed, often without their loved ones knowing about that at the moment and the fact so many lives were simply broken and shattered in a single moment. "Baby, promise me you'll hold me again," refers to the hostages being held for months by terror groups in Gaza. There is so much more than that. These are just the most obvious examples.
