Here are Parts 1 and 2 of E12S Eden 12 Savage Mount Farm Guide. I worked very hard on this one from Drawing up illustrations, to spending days in PF looking from the best possible footage, training others for clears, and even making a new intro. So by now this can be easily done with 6 DPS, 1 Healer, 1 tank. A DPS has to eat a tank buster, which means shield healers are much appreciated for this. But it works. What we see before the checkpoint: Shiva or Titan, then one 1 double Primal summoning, then the second Shiva/Titan, then the knockback with Shiva and the icicles. After the checkpoint: Knockback spread/stack, then whatever wasn't cast between spread/stack, then the boss tries to use Basic Relativity and dies before it does anything. This is with players dying on every run, a more optimized group can do even better. Maybe. Thanks for the guide, it's a great help.

Just wanted to thank you for these guides Maka, my FC has slowly been working thru each expansion for our mounts, and since we all don't have a lot of time to play these days, your guides make fights very easy to digest.

Just wanted to say thank you for all your work. I was able to clear all of stormblood raids because of you also most of eden except for this one. Might wait till Im higher ilvl for this one. Might be a bit complicated righht now but again thank you for all these. They really helped.

oh my god, finally a video guide that makes sense to me. usually these videos are too overwhelming, partly because ppls screens are so cluttered [and keyboard-based]. even better/more helpful, your HUD setup matches mine almost exactly [my lb bar is at the top middle]. instant sub, notifications are on, excellent work.

Nice and high effort guide. However the strategy for Basic Relativity doesn't account for late fire debuffs. If all of the dps stack in the middle as instructed after the snapshots then it's a wipe when the Dark Fire debuff is longer duration than ice, so 50% of the time. Long duration fire debuffs need to know to spread to max melee again in that situation and not stack on the group before the resolution.

I'm not sure I understood, but let me see. So what your saying is for long fire the dps needs to be behind the tanks, just turned around?

@@moonshadowfantasy DPS Ice and fire can have different timers on them, 13 or 28 seconds. One timer goes off during stage 1 of the diagram, the other goes off during stage 3. The two fires will always have the same timer as each other (and ice will have the opposite), but if they have short or long timers it will vary from pull to pull If Gaia assigns long fire to two dps, they will need to be southeast and southwest of the boss during diagram 3. Otherwise they'll kill everyone in the middle by giving them a stack of ruin.

Currently working on e12s, it's just matter of finding a capable group, especially of rocks and basic relativity mechs. Your guide is a godsent as usual. If i may add a suggestion, you should raise your volume up, i have my volume at max and i can barely hear you :/

Thanks, I'm have mic problems as of late, can't get my mic to stop being so sensitive that it pics up lip smacking, it's just too good, iv tried many things. This time I just moved it far away after hours of mic checks. Till I buy a new one this is what it is. Very sorry about it, but I am working on a solution.

@@moonshadowfantasy yeah no problem, i'll just turn the volume more up. also i finally got my mount after some clears! only one thing bothers me: if a dps get the long fire debuff, can he stay stacked with the group just before the return debuff goes off? or he has to drop it away from the party so not to explode among them?

But Dark, It's a lot easyer then it looks, after a few practice runs, you'll be pro in no time. or join our discord and you can run with us next we do it, which will be often. especially when were all IL600, will be even easyer. Thanks for liking my drawings. Im getting better at them, and i think i might have found a way to do recorded video illistrations, i need to test it.

I had never done savages until a few weeks ago and now have all the savage mounts thanks to these guides and I did it all through PF, I did have all the extreme trial mounts prior to trying so that might have helped now working through pandaemonium savages... you can do it 👏🏻

Aether does Titan backward to this, and your basic relativity is counting on late ice, but otherwise, this is spot on!

I'm about to run this at least 8 times just for a piece of gear, not even the mount. Mount is nice and will roll for it, but glamour gear is my goal.

We did discover that if a group is struggling with icicles, this can be cheezed ala 'Hello World' O12S style. DPS jump off after ice-slide stack resolves, Tanks can invulvn their tether'd crystals and only Healers have to actually do the mech. Everyone is back up before Earthen Fury into Dwayne Rock Phase.

Can confirm, in p2 Basic Relativity can be avoided. from when I did it with some last year to get people mounts, so assuming that most have 650+ weapons shouldn't be a problem downing it before that mechanic. Also phase 1 basically skipping some wipe potential mechanics also.

For anyone coming to this guide after 6.5, be aware that the standard PF strat (at least on aether) is to bring 6 DPS and skip both Titan and Basic Relativity by killing the boss fast enough.

Someone correct me if I'm wrong here, but isn't this guide wrong for Basic Relativity? The DPS Ice and Fire debuffs can be 16 or 29 seconds long. You can have all 4 be short, all 4 be long, or any combination of the 2. In this guide, the 2 ice dps stand near their towers, this is to avoid hitting anyone with their donut aoe if they have the short debuff, and to take a tower hit for the group. Then they move toward the yellow tower with the group to position for the marker drop. Then move across and stack with the group again so nobody is hit incase they have the long ice debuff. That's all fine. In the video example and the diagram, both of your fire dps have the short debuff, so when they spread out, they both explode and that's it, it's done, just move with the group afterwards. But that debuff can also be long. Following this guide, if a player has a long fire debuff, when you move across the field and stack with the group, your fire aoe will go off and hit the whole group.
