Each week or two we will be uploading beautiful footage of an interesting area in our locale. Often this will be the beautiful Derbyshire Dales but over the year we will also visit other sites around the UK. The footage doesn't have any added music or sounds, the idea is to present you with exactly what you would see and hear when you visit these locations. You will hear people talking, birds singing, water running, traffic and any other ambient sound.
The footage is recorded at 4K UHD at 50 frames per second and output at 200 Mbps using a Panasonic HC-X2000E Professional Camcorder. Sound is provided by a Sony MS2 shotgun microphone with windsock

Edensor
Specially commissioned by the 6th Duke of Devonshire, the custom-built village of Edensor (pronounced 'Enza') in Chatsworth Park features a delightful hotch-potch of traditional house designs, from mock Tudor to Swiss cottage.
The 6th Duke decided to demolish the old estate village and rebuild it out of sight in the 19th century because it spoiled his view of the estate from Chatsworth. Access then, as now, was through a white estate gate.
Chatsworth House
Chatsworth House is a stately home in the Derbyshire Dales, 3.5 miles (5.6 km) northeast of Bakewell and 9 miles (14 km) west of Chesterfield, England. The seat of the Duke of Devonshire it has belonged to the Cavendish family since 1549. It stands on the east bank of the River Derwent, across from hills between the Derwent and Wye valleys, amid parkland backed by wooded hills that rise to heather moorland. The house holds major collections of paintings, furniture, Old Master drawings, neoclassical sculptures and books. Chosen several times as Britain's favourite country house.
