Like the simple edge work but in a way that challenges the player. Can be used going full ice to get the movement down. Do you then transition into using it in small space in O zone work?

Roderick Hullaby That’s exactly what I do yes. 👍. I’ll be sharing some of that video footage next week. Thanks for watching.

Friendly advice: you should keep to a minimum the pov camera angle. We dont see anything of what you are doing except 2 big gloves swinging left and right. Could you ask your players to film you? That'd be a lot better...

JF Bsvin. I appreciate the advice and am looking into ways to make this style of video better. I kinda thought those shots were cool so I left them in:)

JF Bsvin. Plus you can hear what I’m saying so it gives a little bit of an idea of what we’re doing.

Yeah I agree. I think you’re a great coach and would love to train with you . Love your other videos too but too much helmet cam it’s hard to see what is going on . I know it’s complicated but you could maybe lift the sound from the helmet cam and put it on other footage from tripod cam. Anyway , I appreciate what you’re doing thanks.

Gefilta I appreciate that! And I definitely appreciate the feedback. My wife said that exact same thing regarding the audio:) So I’ll make some changes and see what I can come up with. Thanks again guys. Feedback helps make my job here easier. 🙏

You could film yourself and then in studio add a voiceover track explaining what you are trying to achieve. I think that could really work. Ps : I'm a hockey coach myself and I like your channel I only wish you success.
