The best LB in the draft fell right to us to where he was a huge name for the Packers! He was my favorite draft prospect coming into the draft! Would we say he’s more of Luke Kuechly!? Patrick Willis, Ray Lewis, Clay Matthews combination! We have not had a LB like this in a long time!!! There was so many draft classes that I had hoped the Packers could get the No.1 LB of the draft and they didn’t go in that direction! Quay Walker was the closest one we got but not exactly like Nakobe Dean or whomever was the other LB that was No.1 that year, but fast forward to 2024, we got the No.1 LB in this class but a LB that’s got an old school vibe! He plays exactly like a true LB should! Sure Packers can fix some of the weaknesses he has but either way, he’s a huge home run pick and I do not regret trading down for this! Well done Gute! You’ve done it again 👏🙏. Defense is officially top 5 now and it’s a lot nastier 🔥

I'm chomping at the bit thinking about the 4-3 scheme the Pack is gonna use. This guy plus Walker, plus Duffy, et al. Gonna be exciting.

So stoked they could get this guy -- the best linebacker in the draft. We led his team in: Tackles, Tackles for Loss and Sacks -- triple crown. I will miss Campbell, but this replacement is more than adequate. Once the D-tackles get tied up, this guy will run free and he is not a downfield tackler -- he meets them at the line of scrimmage.

This dude paired with Quay is a new era for greenbay. We have never had such an athletic backfield. This doesnt even compare to having clay matthews or any old pairing. Quay is a top tier linebacker. Edgerrin is going to be right tnere with him. Packers took a page right out of the 49ers defense. Thats what not having joe barry is gnna do. So you always want to draft guys high that perform well in the big games. Look at his game vs A&M. 4 or 5 big, high impact plays. hes gonna be a stud.

Honestly he’s small for a MLB in the nfl. I bet he will be an edge in GB.
