❤ thanks for this great video! Love the action and movement! Fun subject that I hadn’t expected for watercolour! Very cool!

Wow! Very impressed. You can almost feel the air moving and hear the sound as he is whooshing by! It is not something I would ever paint as I can’t even ride a bicycle, so I don’t feel I would do the subject justice. But I love how you have captured the action and tension. Thank you for sharing this technique. 🙏🏼🎨✨💕

I just had to to write… First…your painting is such a great piece of art as you have incredible talent and skill… Second…THANK YOU! Thank you and thank you again!!! At last ! You are a gifted instructor and what an excellent tutorial on creating movement in a painting!! Third…Im just thrilled and overcome with excitement as you have finally gotten me to understand COMPLETELY how this is done and it’s so clear to me now that I feel I can now recreate movement in a variety of situations…I’m even venturing to say in a floral still life in a way I could not do successfully prior to this video… Mr. Dan Marshall, I pray you know how much I appreciate the time and effort you so generously gave to help those of us who love watercolor but have been limited by being self taught …mainly due to lack of any opportunities for workshops in my area (I’m 63 so was long before RU-vid…lol) Then, the workshops of artists I’d longed to attend weren’t possible for about 25 years because I was sole caregiver for my mother who had moved in with me…when I lost her and finally able to retire from teaching Math after 40 years…I had physical issues that limited my ability to travel…. I’m telling you this not for any pity!! I’m very happy and grateful for all my many blessings BUT I want YOU to know what you have given to ME and I feel sure many others… Although I have a bookcase full of books and have begun watching RU-vid it’s not always easy to find how to improve or understand what I need to master a technique…. As I was watching and listening to you It’s as if you unlocked the door I’ve been banging away at and as it flung open the entire room was flooded with light!!! I’m SO EXCITED!!! May God bless you for giving such joy to my life! With such appreciation and admiration, Nancy Rolfe

Very nice one, didn’t even know this was possible using watercolors and now I think only watercolors can do justice and create drama to this subject ! Well done! Very impressive. 👍

This was awesome. Some of the brush stroke and the effect it made. Just stunning. Thank you so much for sharing. I will try to introduce more water to my painting as I am inpatient usually ended up with really dark tones and little highlights. Thank you again- great explanation of the process. 😊
