Wednesday's just wouldn't be the same without one of your tutorials Paul...You make painting seem soooooooo uncomplicated, and even show us which colours to use and how to mix them. Even offer a copy of your drawing from your website.. So very generous THANK YOU PAUL 👍
I look forward to watercolor Wednesday. My entire life I wanted to learn to watercolor paint and you have helped me realize this dream. I am so grateful to you Paul and Margo!
I am on my second horse! We live near one of the 2 US cities where all the champion horses are trained! This was a very exciting tutorial! Thank you, Paul!
I’m so thrilled to have discovered you and your work! So much valuable information and stunning paintings to strive for. My only regret is I’ve just moved back for having lived in Morley, just south of Leeds and if I’d discovered you sooner, I could have taken the train to take some classes in person. However, we have the blessing of RU-vid and your generosity and kindness! Thank you so very much, Paul! A grateful Canadian admirer living in Denver, Colorado.
😅 I turned on your video, my 12 year old son heard the music across the room and said "that's Paul Clark!" Your videos are a staple around here! Thank you for inspiring current and future generations of artists with your talents and amazing teaching skills!
As always you never disappoint in your wonderful tutorials. I have been following you for a few years now and have learned immensely from your generous donation of your time and talent to so many people. Thank you for all you do for the artistic community.
Good morning ! Thank you as always for this beautiful double tutorial and congratulations on your addition to the magazine , you are doing great things by helping so many people not only with their painting skills but with stress and mental health as well ! I appreciate all you do , keep on doing what you’re doing, because you’re doing it right ! Blessings to you and Margot !
Love the galloping stallion. You definitely achieved your goal to capture lots of movement. I especially appreciate the section where you show your painting in real time. Wonderful!
Shadows are mastered by you and seem to be the most critical thing to master to create a realistic painting and now smudging for movement! Brilliant! Thank you once again! 14:26
Thank you so much for your videos Paul! They have kept me going through my recovery from a stroke and got me back into an art that I used to thoroughly enjoy and find so therapeutic.
Hi Paul: Such a fabulous tutorial! Thank you so much for the drawing. You weren’t half way through and I could see and feel the movement of that horse. Just fantastic! 💜😎🇺🇸
Paul, I was there10 days ago! We took a photo at that amazing staircase in that lovely garden. I am an Israeli,we toured Ireland and Scotlandand Iwould have loved to meet you. Love your art and videos!!❤
Thank you for today's tutorial, especially the galloping horse which I will definitely try to paint. Since I was a child I loved horses and had a Connemara Pony for more than 18 years. Greetings from Germany, Dagmar 😊🐎
Thank you Paul, as always a brilliant demo! This is very helpful And warm congratulations on your article in the mag - hmmm, can't keep a good man down.........😁😁
Hi Paul! First Wednesday back for me for quite a while. Lost my dear mum a few weeks back after a lengthy nursing period and have only just felt up to doing something "normal" for me again (whatever "normal" is). I obviously picked a good, gentle day to return!
Prayers for you. My heart was broken for 3 years after losing my mom. Was a grumpy bitter person. Thank God I was brought back to life by faith. Knowing Him really helped me heal. ❤️🙏🏻 If you ever need a shoulder to cry on or an ear to listen I’m here.
I love this tutorial! I look foward every Wednesday to see what you paint. Thank you so much Paul for all you do and for giving us all the inspiration to "give it a go".
Hi Paul, Christine here from NZ. Thank you for today's tutorial, I really look forward to my Thursday mornings, first thing I do is watch your tutorial, perfect choice for our wet and gale force windy weather. :)
Good evening from Tasmania! I recently discovered you and your tutorials, and am loving them. I'm a newcomer to watercolour and am finding them jam-packed full of brilliant tips and info. I've just started a portrait of a donkey, and need to learn how to do a dark background, so tomorrow will search your tutorials for something that will help. I'm sure I'll find something! All good wishes to you. Lesley.
Subject: Thank You! Hi Paul, Just wanted to say thanks for the great painting lessons and the awesome article in Leisure Painter! I've learned a lot and enjoyed it immensely. Take care! Thanks Anton Doorman
Thank you Paul. Definitely one of my favorites. Movement has been on my list. I get together with some other painters a couple of times a month. Will show to them as well. Thanks again.
Wow!!! I mean Wow!!! I have to watch this a bit later. The thought of doing that horse makes me shake. I'd better drink something first...Thank you, dear Paul!
I just found your channel and it’s been amazing. It was extremely helpful because I have been doing buildings around my town. I did two horses tonight and plan on giving one to my mother in law who loves horses. Thank you so much for all the information and inspiration. Your channel is so helpful!
You have a way of enticing us to paint subjects we may never have considered: squirrels, peacocks, cows, come to mind. Now I can't wait to try this horse. I'm loving these short practice paintings as a break from the more difficult intensive ones.
Wahoo, movement, who knew it would be that easy. A smudge here and there on a dry creation. Thank you for such great tips and videos. Two of my favorite subjects, beach grasses and horses. I will be trying your tutorials and then a go at some ghosts horses running in the clouds. Should be fun. Again thanks for the lessons and tips.
Good afternoon, Peter here from South Africa. Masterclass work!! I've been watching your tutorials for a while and I have learned so much. Thank you for the great tutorials
Oh wow! Two of my three very favourite things - the sea and horses ( the third are dogs - maybe in the future?) how could I not absolutely LOVE this tutorial? This was really wonderful. My horse paintings are going to take some practice, I've never had the courage to try them before - so I also have a future project! Thank you so very much. Greetings from Italy
Dear Paul! This tutorial of yours is sensational again. Once again, you have presented such a simple trick that immediately indicates movement. I've been a member of the group for the third year already, but I always admire these little things, with which you can achieve a simple but still spectacular effect. I'm especially happy about the horse, it's one of my favorite things. Thank you, Paul.
Amazing paintings Paul. You brought that horse to life! Thank you for the drawing, will help me greatly, if and when I decide to have a go at this one. You are very talented and I do love that very cheerful "good morning"
Your videos are always so cheerful and a pleasure to watch. Both subjects are great exercises that you make so easy to follow. I will definitely give them both a try! Thank you for sharing your knowledge and skills and smiles! 😊
This is just brilliant! 🐎 My farm is sandwiched between two horse farms, so I've got lots of lovely real examples to practice with! 🐎🐎🖌🎨 Thanks for another fantastic tutorial ❤
Just in time for the annual Dodge City days! Dodge City is known for Cowboys, cattle and horses! And of course the series “ Gunsmoke” can’t wait to try this! Thank you for your tutorial and beautiful paintings!
Dodge City also has a longhorn steer cattle drive complete with cowhands and horses herding the longhorns! Would be great for Margot and you to have a visit and a turorial!😊❤️
On a Wednesday morning like this it is really a thrill to see such fine lovely paintings. Thank you so much also for showing us your other lovely paintings. Greatly drawn and painted. The horse is stunning with a vibrant color and grace painted in much great detail. Thanks for it all.
Amazing 😊 thank you. I really appreciate your tutorials and the sketches we can download. It helps very much. I so look forward to Wednesday because of your videos. Thank you. Can’t wait to get my paints out and try these.
Finally able to sit down and enjoy your tutorial. My friend texted me to see if I tried it yet. Lol. She must know I love horses. I will be trying this. (I actually painted horses for this friend before.) Your insight and tips are very helpful. I don’t think I can duplicate your every stroke but that’s the beauty in painting. We all touch the paper differently and each stroke is a part of us. ❤Thank you for your faithful posting on Wednesdays. I’m so grateful for you and your channel. 🙏🏻🥰 Blessings to you and Margot.
