This tutorial video will assist you to set up aileron differential using Global Variables. If you want to change a value across multiple mixes then Global Variables are the way to go. They are a very useful tool within EdgeTX if you need to repeat a value across many mixes. Set up the Global Value and wherever you need the value replace the number with GV1 etc.
Aileron differential is when the down going aileron moves less in proportion to the up going aileron which causes less drag.

I just offset the aileron servo arms one tooth toward the leading edge of the wing and lengthen the pushrods so that the ailerons are centered. Or, you can move the aileron control horns back from the hinge line a little and that will also create differential throw. Creating differential by altering the linkage geometry eliminates the need to use two channels and doesn't decrease the throw of the servos in the downward direction which decreases the resolution of the system.
