To perform recipe setup, kindly perform the steps below:
1. Create production and ingredient item before recipe setup
2. To access product setup, proceed to equipweb
3. Login by supervisor id and password
4. Point to Product until a drop down list appear
5. Click on Product Setup follow by Add New
6. To add production item, please do as follow:
-Item Name: (Nugget Bun in video)
-Category Name: (Edgeworks in video)
-Retail Price: (1.50 in video)
-Cost Price: (0 in video you may put if any)
-Item Type: (Product in video)
-Click on Save and New to proceed for next new item
7. To add ingredient item, please do as follow:
-Item Name: (Nugget 1 PKT in video)
-Category Name: (Ingredient in video)
-Retail Price: (0 in video because ingredient not for selling)
-Cost Price: (set the price you get from supplier) (6 in video)
-UOM: (set the total quantity with unit of measurement you bought from supplier and use for production) (50PCS in video)
-Item Type: (Product in video)
-Click on Save and New to proceed for next new item
8. To add second ingredient item, please do as follow:
-Item Name: (Gardinian Bread 1 PKT in video)
-Category Name: (Ingredient in video)
-Retail Price: (0 in video because ingredient not for selling)
-Cost Price: (set the price you get from supplier) (2 in video)
-UOM: (set the total quantity with unit of measurement you bought from supplier and use for production) (12PCS in video)
-Item Type: (Product in video)
-Click on Save and New to proceed for next new item
9. To access recipe setup, proceed to equipweb order
10. Login by supervisor id and password
11. Point to Recipe until a drop down list appear
12. Click on UOM Conversion Setup follow by click on NEW button
13. To convert Nugget 50 PCS to PCS, please do as follow:
-Item Name: (Nugget 1 PKT in video)
-From UOM: (50PCS in video) (it was set in product setup earlier)
-To UOM: (PCS in video) (Because production Nugget Bread using this ingredient is by PCS so we need to fill in PCS)
-Amount: (50 in video) (50PCS to 1PCS so we fill in 50)
-Click on SAVE button until a message "UOM Conversion successfully saved." pops out
14. To convert Gardinian Bread 12PCS to PCS, please do as follow:
-Item Name: (Gardinian Bread 1 PKT in video)
-From UOM: (12PCS in video) (it was set in product setup earlier)
-To UOM: (PCS in video) (Because production Nugget Bread using this ingredient is by PCS so we need to fill in PCS)
-Amount: (12 in video) (12PCS to 1PCS so we fill in 12)
-Click on SAVE button until a message "UOM Conversion successfully saved." pops out
14. **Other example is MOONSTAR FINE SALT (2 CTN)
-Item Name: (MOONSTAR FINE SALT (2 CTN))
-From UOM: (30Kg) (1 CTN = 15Kg)
-To UOM: (g) (gram was using in the production)
-Amount: (30000 because 1Kg to 1000g)
15. Point to Recipe until a drop down list appear again
16. Click on Recipe Setup follow by click on ADD NEW button
17. Click on SEARCH button and fill in the production name follow by click on SEARCH button again (Nugget Bread in video)
18. Click on ADD button after the production item is pop out
19. Click on ADD NEW MATERIAL follow by SEARCH button
20. Fill in the ingredient name follow by click on SEARCH button again (Nugget 1 PKT in video)
21. Click on ADD button after the ingredient item is pop out
22. FIll in the quantity of ingredient using in the production (2 PCS nugget using in nugget bread in video)
23. Select UOM in Recipe UOM (it was early set in UOM conversion setup) (PCS in video)
24. Click on SAVE MATERIAL button
25. Click on ADD NEW MATERIAL follow by SEARCH button
26. Fill in the ingredient name follow by click on SEARCH button again (Gardinian Bread 1 PKT in video)
27. Click on ADD button after the ingredient item is pop out
28. Fill in the quantity of ingredient using in the production (2 PCS gardinian bread using in nugget bread in video)
29. Select UOM in Recipe UOM (it was early set in UOM conversion setup) (PCS in video)
30. Click on SAVE MATERIAL button follow by click on SAVE RECIPE button
31. Check on Total Material & Total Material Cost column to make sure price is set correctly
