In this week's Throwdown Thursday Peter Butler - director of the School of Design and Community Development, Professor and Extension Specialist in Landscape Architecture at West Virginia University - will talk to us about edible landscaping.
Butler established the Community Engagement Lab at WVU connecting faculty and students to community projects to increase capacities towards progress and revitalization. He also worked as a gardener and landscape construction supervisor before going to graduate school.
