Edifier have become a known sound which in todays market is some achievement to be fair, not that i want to give anyone a big head but 99% of the time if you say edifier most people know they are going to get a quality and balanced sound across the board.
Mine just arrived 2 days ago, I like this speaker, the sound is nice, the build feels sturdy though it's a bit chunky, the bass and treble knob gives great access to personalized preferences. And remote is handy. Worth the price
@@TechNuovo i plugged active speaker on line out via 3.5 jack to rca end (cause speakers had rca ends) but when i turn on using blue tooth mood or via line in or aux, no sound comes out from the additional speaker. What did i do wrong or is it defect?
I received my D12 for more than a week and would say this speaker is amazing given the price tag (esp. I got it for roughly 65$). The remote control is a bit tacky as you need to point it properly into the speaker. The sound is pretty solid with the movie mode off, the treble gives you enough sparks without any hissing, bass might be lacking as in other reviews and mid-range is decent for most genres.

I'm planning to buy two of these to put them to play together in a large living room. Do you know if it is possible to be paring two of them by Bluetooth to play together?
in the video you mentioned you would not replace your soundbar with this speaker can you please mention the soundbar brand and model or recommend something Regards
It’s pretty solid BUT you’ve got the buttons on the top that you won’t be able to put the stand on, so you’ll need to check that. It does rumble too if you turn the volume up.
How does this go being always on? Thinking about bluetoothing to it in the morning before I get up to start playing tunes for a Sonos like experience. (Maybe figuring out some ifttt recipe to do it automatically)
Ooo, I dont think both will work. I tried adding a subwoofer and it works but to then add the R1700bt, you'd need a line out on the sub, or D12 to R1700, to Sub. Bit messy and Ive not tried it.
