high rated is normally top 200 and being on the leaderboards. maybe in edison you could say top 100 or something if you really wanted to make it more strict since it arguably has less players than standard on DB
@@kechawachaSLAYERWhy not? Damage step rules say that fast effects which negate the activation of a card or effect can be used in the damage step. Was it different in 2010? Cause I'm pretty sure you could use Stardust in the damage step back then, for one thing. E: oh just looked it up, it's a dumb UDE ruling
@@manjackson2772monster effects can activate. That’s how all recruiters and catastor itself works. Only spell/ trap that modify points and counter traps can be used. My bod is neither
