Vayu doesn't banish as a cost and it's not once per turn. So it doesn't matter how many times the opponent negates you, you can just activate Vayu's effect again. Same goes for Treeborn Frog.
It's not as bad as you'd think! As long as you can learn synchro summoning, and the combos that the most common decks of the formats use you'll be fine. Edison format is a nice in between for most people between classic yugioh and modern.
Don't apologise for showing the Fishborg Frog deck. If there was a match of that deck in every one of these videos until the end of time I would be very happy.
entered utw edison at ycs raleigh, didnt know the quickdraw ruling at the time, got a judge call over it, judge ruled that it didnt start a chain and my opponent scooped on the spot. shame
Can’t you not stardust a deck dev because it has to be a card that is guaranteed to destroy not something that has a chance to destroy? That’s the whole snipe hunter thing right?
From a Konami FAQ: You can only use "Stardust Dragon"'s effect against "Deck Devastation Virus" when the Trap Card is activated, and only if there is a face-up card that would be destroyed by the Trap Card. You cannot use it if there is a face-down card that would be destroyed. and Starlight Road: "Starlight Road" cannot be Chained to "Deck Devastation Virus" if your only two monsters with <1500 ATK are face-down, or if only two monsters with <1500 ATK are in your hand. There were no face-up monsters that would be destroyed by deck dev, so stardust cannot negate it in this situation.
I totally don't mind if you want to switch decks going forward if you want to keep things fresh. I just love seeing your insight and you walking you through your thought process as you play. By far my favorite series on the channel rn
The fishborg frog list got top 8 at UK nats, list is in the edison format discord but was also featured on frazier smith’s channel. Also at 8:38 the better setup is pitch sub for swap, send a frog, bounce swap, pitch it for 141 into fishborg, them salvage back sub and the frog you sent, swap’s eff lets you normal both and you have sub + 2 bodies with fishborg in rotation. The second salvage lets you extend even further, can push for stardust, dupe lock + flip flop or just get back sub and swap for next turn with dupe lock + flip flop/uni on board
lol i came to say this what are they cooking, but its a deck that recently topped a big tourny XD they aint cooking nothing XD @@nial1396 lol, its been a big talking point the frog channel.
@@s.t5128 Here's the list in text format, hopefully this works okay without a link. /deck?id=15937868 Still working on the list. V1 was better but this one has ideas I prefer and should be better once done properly and i get the maths right on morphs to spell/traps for celfon: Notes on the list: - Machine dupe is crazy in the list, use it for cyber valley pluses, huge pluses off of remoten and then synchroing into gottems (doesnt require non-tuner, remotens are all earth level 3). dump machines with fortress for remoten. - Armory Arm plus boomboxen is huge damage (otk with limiter through a monster) - boomboxen defence mode is a real nuisance - Use Scopen for Ancient Sacred Wyvern OTK - Dandy is underwhelming, you have lots of good targets anyway (fortress discards, gearframe, remoten, celfon) Monster: 3x Cyber Valley 2x Machina Fortress 1x Machina Force 3x Machina Gearframe 2x Morphtronic Boomboxen 3x Morphtronic Celfon 1x Morphtronic Radion 1x Cyber Dragon 3x Morphtronic Remoten 1x Morphtronic Scopen 1x Card Trooper 1x Kinka-byo 2x Quickdraw Synchron 1x Gorz the Emissary of Darkness Spell: 1x Card Destruction 1x Heavy Storm 3x Machine Duplication 1x Morphtronic Accelerator 1x One for One 1x Brain Control 1x Mind Control 1x Mystical Space Typhoon 1x Limiter Removal Trap: 2x Compulsory Evacuation Device 1x Dimensional Prison 1x Mirror Force 1x Solemn Judgment 1x Starlight Road 1x Trap Dustshoot Extra: 1x Ancient Sacred Wyvern 1x Armory Arm 1x Black Rose Dragon 1x Brionac, Dragon of the Ice Barrier 1x Colossal Fighter 1x Stardust Dragon 1x Thought Ruler Archfiend 1x Goyo Guardian 1x Ally of Justice Catastor 1x XX-Saber Gottoms 1x Power Tool Dragon 2x Drill Warrior 1x Junk Archer 1x Chimeratech Fortress Dragon Side: 1x Cyber Dragon 2x D.D. i always get distracted by your hand shuffling, and now you even started shuffling in real life lol - how many location changes happened in this video? :D but yea, i like those shield warriors - it's the kind of stuff you see low ranked opponents run in ls or something, and you always think it's a card worth trying - and then you never do. amaryllis definitely feels like one of the better fits to give the card a shot. sadly no protection from ddwl :c
@@LionKingGod both glads and bw seem super duper tough. tbf glads can have a bit of a hard time with an established tytannial depending on the build, but having the tokens and ama to run into + a lot of glads now running 2 retiari is tough
