The choreography is one of the most powerful ones I' ve ever seen... You people can call it weird, strange, mad, twisted... Still the energy is vibing and completes the song in an utter brilliant way... Loved it..in a way I definitaly am not used to!
Everyone can think that the video is funny, strange, ridiculous or interesting, strong even a masterpiece. This is art! is how we all are different and so how different we see the same little things around us...
Still one of my favourite songs of the album besides Papillon, Bricks And Mortar and Like Treasure. Admittedly the whole album In This Light And On This Evening is absolutely amazing! ❤ Same goes for the B-side songs there're a lot of gems among them. I truly cherish this era of Editors because Papillon was my introduction to this incredible band. Both Papillon and You Don't Know Love made me fall in love with them. Birmingham's finest and undoubtedly one of the top alternative rock bands of the UK.
No, it's not. It is an aesthetic performance of an emotional argument between two (former) lovers. The song is about jealousy and paranoia ("You ran with the dead today, with the moles from the CIA / they see more than you ever see") She doesn't trust him anymore, she doesn't "know love like [she] used to". Their hole relationship has turned into a melodramatic and aggressive soap-opera, the dance-like parallels these aspects visually and aesthetically.
wow, i get totally oposite impression, like he's actually playing natural not being natural, but no matter - i don't care to watch him, his voice is absolutely enough, luv it.
really beautiful song... i love it just found out about editors and it seems they are good like their music i also share the same curiosity with fabriz... where are they from? i have a feeling that they're from Russia. please correct me if i'm wrong
wat als diegene die "je" graag ziet, het niet meer ziet...of wil zien....als je dan afscheid zal nemen...dan zal het te laat zijn...tja, als men niet meer weet of wil zien wat "echte" liefde is...
@MUSICandBEERDRINKERYou are right. I do feel that aswel in the song called "Papillon" but I have to say that it seems to be a luckyly thing more than a proof of their master habilities (sorry for my broken english).
