He knows that he is lying to himself and to the citizens of Nigeria. Unfortunately, APC will systematically destroy democracy in the country. Because rigging and manipulation of elections result cannot be considered as free and fair. Therefore, INEC should carefully examine the malpractices of APC in the Edo State election process, and rectify them accordingly.
