Ignore the supreme court judgement, it was a kangaroo judgement.

The fact of the judgment is in line with addressing the aggrieved applicant who are delegates that should have been allowed to exercise a right giving to them by PDP rules. The prayers are specific, and the judgment is precise. It is now left for the two parties to interpret the CTC unambiguously. Delegates can challenge the process if they were excluded unlawfully but and a big But cannot challenge the end result of the process based on the electoral law because they can’t claim justiciable injury when they are not the contestant than won or lost as a result of the process. So, PDP is in trouble down the line if they just simply ignore the fact here. They need a strong legal team to change the tactics now if they stand a chance but I strongly believe they don’t. On a serious note! Why will anybody vote APC or PDP that have ruined this country for over 25years, why? Why? And Why!
