unlikely he'll make a solo album (at least anytime soon) since hes a doctor hes been working on the frontlines for covid-19 so hes been really busy lately plus he has family to deal with. maybe once covids completely done with and hes not busy with his kids he might do something. but i dont think we'll see anything for a while.
This album, man. It feels so happy and joyful and friendly but also kinda dark and sad. Like a childhood you'll never get back. I think the "At The End" music video really captures this feeling, with the blood balloons and stuff.
its different than every other tally hall related album and i get why it doesnt fit for some people i personally dont enjoy this album that much but i apreciate it
Just thinking, what if Andrew covered a Tom Waits song, their voices are like two opposites, so I’m honestly curious what it would sound like Also, on an unrelated note, Andrews music is really good to stim to for some reason lol
@@shatitoproducciones honestly, how was it? I'm curious, did you get bored of their voices after a while? I would've lmao and I'm not trying that challenge
Lyrics: Miss Melody: Miss Melody had a dream that she had everything she wanted right in front of her Except for hot tea 'cause she knows that every time it burns her mouth and she is left without a mouth And every night that she dreams she'll awake and believe that it's all reality And I'm delighted to join her in smiles that adorn her in this reality Miss Melody had a cloud that she kept inside her house until it wandered off and never came around again In his memory planted flowers grew until the house was just a home for all the colors of the pretty flowers And when one looks in her eyes one is never surprised that she always understands the moment And if you're dying to meet her don't die I'm most certain with her you'll get along On Saturday, she dreams parade And all around the people rave It's what they want to celebrate a chance to go from good to great At Sunday brunch, they speak her name Their conscious minds won't be the same While in her home she knits a chair and uses it to knit a bear And oh my god, she's lost control The bear grew up and wants her soul She tries to run but where to go? Her home is here, that's all she knows Miss Melody has a hat that she puts on to make herself invisible. Can you see her? No, you can't. She casted a spell but it goes away. It's for a very happy day. Miss Melody stopped appearing on a Monday. Hey You!: Hey you, it's fall I think that's a reason we should change it all and listen to the rustle of the leaves And smile at our friends It's okay to be a cheese Hey look yes you I'm thinking of a number more than one or two or actually just me and you and numbers we should join Bet the same side of a coin It's okay to be at ease I'll open My door Invite you To step in And I've made You some tea I'll knock on Your door And ask you If you'll join You're with us Now just breathe. Hey you It's true The magic isn't just a sleight of hand Us two, we'll use it to explain and move beyond Our fearlessness our wand It's best if you believe And you Might be A necessary part of who we're soon to be an extraordinary muse to tickle all our minds Make the dullest moments shine for all to see We'll open Our door Invite you To step in And we've saved You a seat We'll knock on Your door And ask you If you'll join It's alright Now just breathe Hey you Your look A delicate reflection of the world That place, where all the inner workings of the mind Are there for us to find It's okay to let it out And us And them We've waited all this time to hear your voice And words, to open possibilities beyond the limits of our fun Bring the tambourine We'll open Our door Invite you To step in And we've made You a treat We'll knock on Your door And ask you If you'll join We're all friends Now just breathe We'll open Our door Invite you To step in It's our pleasure Yo meet We'll knock on Your door And ask you If you'll join It's alright Now just breathe Hummingbird: Hummingbird you found me Resting on my own Leave me be I'm colored sad All the world's forgot me Left me all alone Almost it's as if I'm mad Peel the way the sunset Think we'll find tomorrow? Do you think tomorrow's different than today? Weary of my eyes I've Tired many tries. What is it you offer? I'll take what you offer So we share a moment Is this not a sign? Whistle up a rhyme or melody Both us move along A unity create Two is quite a potent remedy What is it you'll find here? Why'd you even come here? What would make you want to stay? Where is it you're off to Curious of wonder Maybe I could join you? Leave myself behind Look I sit and witness Turning of the leaves Fallen snow and death be had Stuck here in my roots Beholden to the breeze This is why I'm colored sad If you have the answer Where I might belong to Point to where I find my peace Or leave me for a brighter A sense of what you're after, Is not what you're after Always just the same? Hummingbird who share in Death be all but known, Flutter into sweeter times. Tell me that I'll be there Observed and observing Father of the future times. Daisy Fingers: I once knew a girl Who had daisies for fingers Grew lollipops straight from her hair She traveled by pony And never looked lonely My friends she'd insist without care Called all her family Spoke mostly harmony Seemed to have it figured out Painted in rainbows In shades only she knows Around her ideas came to sprout And now that we are older she still haunts me Through dark and warm she always wears a smile So for you, my friend, a song, to say I'm still inspired by you I asked her how one could be Positive and hopeful When everything falls apart Life isn't fair she said Make it a fair she said Always be prepared she said to sing Love is invented And wars are prevented And you can do anything Chin up and be up for that's what I'll be When we're eighty years young we'll be here you'll see And now that we are older she still haunts me Through dark and warm she always wears a smile So for you, my friend, a song, to say I'm still inspired by you Somewhere in the world She plants trails of jelly beans Some leave them be and some take In her eyes she makes no mistake It's now a better place When one finally whisked her Away from the rest She pointed out we all continue to spin Around and around 'Til we lift off the ground For what would she be without us! (us) And now that we are older she still haunts me Through dark and warm she always wears a smile So for you, (for you) my friend, (my friend) a song, (a song) to say (to say) I'm still inspired by you I'm still inspired by you I'm still inspired by you Lemons & Pears: I asked "Lemon, please get off my mind" She said "I can't do that, I'm confined" I said "I think it's unfair that you can't breathe. Please be nice, pretend it's Christmas Eve" You've been stuck here since Forember Can't you just remember How to go? She said "I'm really sorry, it's not me Can't you tell this to your diary? Listen, I've moved on, I've met a boy named Pear He's the sweetest, multi-pear-ionaire" You've been stuck here since Forember Can't you just remember How to go? No. It's impossible No. It's unfeasible No. It's improbable No. It's un-grapes-able Next time that I think of you, I'll say "I hope you'll have a really rotten day" Then you'll say "I'm sorry, I was wrong You and me will always have your song, and get along" You've been stuck here since Forember Can't you just remember How to go? No. It's impossible No. It's unfeasible No. It's improbable No. It's im-peach-able At The End: At the end of the day, I'm still without Your eyes to speak At the end of the day I still push forward Both strong and weak But know that it's not every day That I am made to smile this way Soon I hope you'll find the friend To hold your hand To the very end It's true, I hope, you do I'm just not right for you (mmhm, mmhm, mmhm) At the end of the day I move along Without a plan At the end of the day I hope in time I'll understand Know that it's not every day That all my troubles melt away Soon I hope you'll find the friend To hold your hand To the very end It's true, I hope, you do I'm just not right for you (mmhm, mmhm, mmhm) Buh da da ba ba... At the end of the day I'll keep on searching So it seems Forever and a long stay It's either this Or all a dream Know that it's not every day That I can find the words to say Soon I hope you'll find the friend To hold your hand To the very end It's true, I hope, you do I'm just not right for you (mmhm, mmhm, mmhm...)
Continued: Nowhere Else: There's nowhere else I'd rather be Than in this moment, you and me No place else I'd rather go No one else I'd like to know Now together, now begun Witnessed by a smiling sun Leave your shadows in the past Happiness is all I ask When the daylight turns to dusk Our energy, a cosmic dust Trust in that with which you feel Love 'til the end Speak to me when all is down Reach when there's no one around I'll tell you when I hope to fly And love 'til the end I find myself with simple rhymes Keep them close in complex times Let the fools do what they do For you and me, there's just one truth The time is now to write our song Gather thoughts and move along Hold my hand, the time is here Embrace the world without a fear When the daylight turns to dusk Our energy, a cosmic dust Entrust in that with which you feel Love 'til the end Speak to me when all is down Reach when there's no one around I'll tell you when I hope to fly And love 'til the end Love the lost and love the loved Love below and love above Love the birds and love the trees Love those who give their lives for peace Love all you call your family Love without a place to be Love the ones with whom you fight Love the ones who spend the night Love the rich and love the poor Love for want and want for more Love the smile and simple things Love those around who live to sing Love the ghosts of what is passed Love each moment 'til the last Love the sick and love the strong Love all and we'll get along The Rainbow Connection: Why are there so many songs about rainbows and what's on the other side? Rainbows are visions, but only illusions, and rainbows have nothing to hide So we've been told and some choose to believe it I know they're wrong wait and see Someday we'll find it, the rainbow connection The lovers, the dreamers and me Who said that every wish would be heard and answered when wished on the morning star? Somebody thought of that and someone believed it Look what it's done so far What's so amazing that keeps us stargazing and what do we think we might see? Someday we'll find it, the rainbow connection The lovers, the dreamers and me All of us under its spell We know that it's probably magic Have you been half asleep and have you heard voices? I've heard them calling my name Is this the sweet sound that calls the young sailors The voice might be one and the same I've heard it too many times to ignore it It's something that I'm supposed to be Someday we'll find it, the rainbow connection The lovers, the dreamers and me Someday we'll find it, the rainbow connection The lovers, the dreamers and me Tomorrow And Today (Unsure about these): All around they say it's gonna be okay But it's just as we left it off from yesterday For all the doubters and believers who have known That all the thinking need be tampered with alone You see, the problem of tomorrow and today Is here to whisper to the pleads our souls away The only wishes for the better will be seen Cause in the end, there's only lose and's only gain But see, that's the problem of tomorrow and today Is here to trap us in a state of slow decay The only wishes for the better will be seen But in the end, I guess some days we're all its game(?) All the memories of the world are fading fast Pleading more and more and more into the past So let’s look forward, let’s look onward towards our fate I'll ask the people and they'll roll their smiles away For when this dust has cleared and you will find its way we'll keep on marching till we learn what’s left to say It's not the game to find solutions of the mind To keep from wallowing in the place most divine You see, this problem of tomorrow and today Is here to torture us until its had its way When darker falls into the light / lot we think is seen there's always those who cannot lose and cannot gain You see, this problem from tomorrow and yesterday Should not be written, slow(?) be judged, or so they say It exists no matter what to keep it seen But in the end, I guess some days we're all its game(?) Lest we wait until the end Be it some we cannot mend Hide beside reflections of a bid to have control Lend out thinking carefully, for wisdom has its tolls Want not more than being loved Asked to witness from above Riddle all the pieces of a puzzle left unseen forget about the fashion of a masquerading scene We may not see an end. We may not see an end. We may not see an end. Lemons and Pears Toy Orchestra Version: She said "I'm real sorry, it's not me Can't you tell this to your diary?
