This Eduard trailer floor had collapsed after being loaded with a pallet of garden slabs. After 3 or 4 years of near daily use, the wooden bed had finally given up.
Not to worry, it was a pretty simple fix to be honest. Cut out the old fixings, a quick clean up, pop to the wood store for a new sheet of PHENOLIC ply wood. (18mm) I then decided to use a counter sunk M6 screw that has a flat head, and fixed underneath the chassis with a washer and a nylon nut (so they don't rattle loose)
I was super happy with the end result, and pleased that this plucky little work horse of a trailer now has a new lease of life...
