I have been re-enacting this hospital twitch scene for about 35 years so far - and since moving to New Zealand 🇳🇿 where they never even had Marmalade Atkins or cockney or class system or any possible shared cultural reference to the show there is no way I can explain my hit-dog-wallop-poop routines. So I don’t even bother anymore, I just do it when I feel like it and screw everyone 👅
