My son has got a letter of acceptance and conditional offer letter for meng ece from university of Waterloo (the condition being to provide the provisional degree certificate). Can he apply for a study permit before his bachelors is completed or should he wait for the provisional degree certificate. He got an admit for the fall 22 intake.

Its been a year since i have been trying for an educational loan and frankly speaking in my personal experience i feel like loans are only meant for already rich or higher middle class students, doesn't matter whatever it's a gov bank or any NBFC'S. and btw i have already been in contact with We make scholars, they were able to clear my doubts, no wonder they are the master in this World but once again until your family has a good earning source/property, you won't get the loan and I'm a living proof of my statements.
@@kartikxii-a4571 Unfortunately, we can't do anything bro, either you need to have money or property that you can take loan upon, you'll find many non secured loans but then they ask for a guarantee having 5 lakh p.a., If anyone is earning 5 lakh/ year then I don't think they'll need to take a loan in the first place...
I have wasted two years of my life in this loan stuff, so much that now i even hate talking about it, things might sound so easy in videos but the reality is very different my friend 😢
