I love this so much. I find smurf gameplay so much more educational so that way i can know how to win in my elo rather than in high elo. I am currently plat 1 2 games away from emerald and this was rly helpful tysm :)
Fastest way to emerald is open fort and force ahri ezreal depending on your items. In the event you get perfect jax/yone items by krugs either of those comps are placing top two if you opend for econ. But open forting is nerfed next patch so this will change very soon in terms of freelo to emerald
Your videos are very informative and you express yourself well, I'm learning tons watching If I can offer one critique about the videos, I would try to tweak your recording software to dampen or eliminate the mouse click sounds if you can. It's about the same volume as your voice and my dude you click A LOT
This was such a great video, would love to see more of your own vod analysis! One request i have is if you could slow it back down to 1x speed on your 4-1/4-2 rolldown, and explain the boards you end up settling with after the rolldowns, as thats been the biggest challenge for me this set. And if you have any games where you lowroll/are contested ahri or ad flex, thatd be great to see too!
That first game was a clinic on how to come back from behind. I felt like a misplay at anyone of those turns would have been a loss - that was awesome!
I'd love to see more of this, the reason I am commenting is as a newer player, coming from League to TFT, its very overwhelming and very fast. It would be nice to see legit gameplay like this at each rank, explaining what you're doing, but you moving around and clicking very fast just makes it very distracting as to what you're actually doing. The perfect way (for me personally) to learn would be this except way slower, explaining each thing you're doing and why you're doing it. I did find this very helpful though, thank you!
i think the hardest thing for me is knowing when and why to get rid of your board and try to roll for something you want/dont see yet and when certain units show up as headliners at what levels that unlocks. Often i have say a corki headliner, i know i want to roll for a new one to transition more to mid/end game but im not sure what level/when is best to take the risk and go for it
i just started playing tft in 2024 and just hit plat 2 this morning, really fun game and enjoying it a lot! what rank does it get really sweaty and hard to grind?
i would say around master for me getting to master is not that hard but i struggled so much to get to grandmaster the hardest thing tho are to not tilt and to not play for fun sometimes (like click on recombo on a bad spot for recombo)
I'd say it starts getting sweaty in Diamond. People are usually pretty casual until D4, but people pushing to Masters are taking the game more seriously. While Diamond players are actively watching streamers and following the meta, they don't have great fundamentals so getting through this rank isn't that hard. It's the first real skill test. Pushing from Masters to GM is where the game gets significantly more difficult and the vast majority of serious players will never get above Masters.
Everyone replying to you is in some sort of elitist group think nonsense. You have to look at the long term trying to average a 4ish score over tons of games once you get to Emerald. D4 is the top 1.9% of all ranked players! Thats basically genius IQ vs genpop. I personally found mid Emerald to get challenging at times depending on opponents. I have been masters prev sets.
@@danieldykstra4100 tft is a way more 4fun game even in ranked, so the majority of the playerbase is not approaching the game from a competitive standpoint. if you are actively and consistently trying to improve your gameplay and knowledge of the set that will already put you around emerald/diamond level, even if it seems to be the top percent of players
ive been playing tft for 1 month and somehow i can reach diamond. its a fun game, upgrade version of auto chess since i play a lot of auto chess before ❤
What is your advice to push from master to gm. I am always 100 LP away from my region's cut-off for promotion to gm. I cant seem to catch up with the players above me
Would have loved to watch this but I'm 10 mins in and the constant clicking has become too much, unwatchable honestly. In terms of education, information and walkthrough is lacking as well
