In this www.EsNewsRepor... video we talk to Jeff DeGuzma a friend of Edwin Valero a Venezuelan boxing star who was 27-0 with 27 knockout. Jeff tells us it was drugs which lead to the tragic ending of Valero and he thinks he was killed while in jail.
On April 18, 2010, Valero was arrested after police found the body of his 24-year-old wife, Carolina, in a hotel in the city of Valencia Carabobo. Valero was considered a suspect and was taken to jail.
Valero allegedly admitted to hotel security and police that he had murdered his wife.

Also if you watch the video of his supposed "corpse " it's missing every tattoo accept his flag across his chest. Also the man on the floor in the pictures is about 6'3. Edwin Valero was not 6'3. I believe he is dead, but there is way to many inconsistencies..

First of all, Edwin Valero had an accident 10 years prior to his death. I think that contributed to his mood swings since people with head injuries suffer the same way. He couldn't fight in the U.S. that much because they wouldn't allow him due to severe damage to his skull from the accident. His boxing career wasn't supposed to start yet he loved boxing so much. Edwin was one hell of a fighter. His combinations reminded me of Manny Pacquiao.
