+CJ Tieleman Word! This is the exact reason I tell other Honda guys don't focus on peak power numbers so much. With lightweight chassis and solid motors 200hp performs like a lot more.
Don't forget the gearbox. Stock k20 all ready has a short gearbox wich helps alot. 2nd gear cuts of at 85km/h at 8200 rpms, and there's a lot of shorter final drives available
I have an EF hatch in perfect shape. I'd argue that it's easily the best condition 90 EF Hatch SI in America and if not, it's at least top 10. I have it garage kept with still only 140k original miles on the motor. I got it from my best friends family after he unfortunately took his own life a few years ago. He always wanted to swap a K20 into it but never did. At some point, I'd like to swap a K20 into it but I've never been that good when it comes to building cars etc. I can build computers all day, but I'm a newb when it comes to working on cars. I also don't have the 8-10 grand that I figure I'd have to spend in order to make this swap happen. I wish I could maybe get some help with a kickstarter, or possibly a go fund me or something and share my story with those who may be willing to help me make this dream come true for my dear friend Andrew. He's been gone for almost 3 years now. It was on 3.12.17 that he unfortunately took his own life after dealing with depression. 😪😰 I know he'd be happy that I got the car after he passed, but he'd probably be mad at me that it's still just sitting in the garage. At the same time I keep it garage kept while my Audi is out in the snow and terrible weather conditions out here in the Pacific Northwest.

stock k20a2 longblock RRC intake 70mm throttle 3" exhaust with a Simons muffler Ktuned bigtube header and a magnificent tune from Sneaky tuning in Holland
K20a2 is from an EP3 type R the difference between the 2 i dont know. This engine costs about 10k euros because it runs on nitrous. A stock engine/longblock will cost around 2k the bolt ons about 1500 (header throttle intake) ecu and swap stuff about 2k so a simple swap about 5.5 -7k
