My TTB Honda S2000 F'ing with a TTA Corvettte on Summit main during the NASA November Time Trials. The Corvette passes me in Turn 2 and I make his life miserable for the rest of the session--there's a reason he was gridded behind me.
The yellow Corvette was gridded behind me because he's running slower lap times than my S2000. I beat him in this session by a tenth too--he should have followed me and tried to pick up some speed in the corners. My time in this session was good for the TTB win.
On the lap that he passed me I eased off to gain a gap on the Bridge Straight. I then went on to close on his back bumper on the infield section. I had a faster lap than him in that session and took the TTB win. I later shaved 1.4 seconds and did a personal best of 1:21.7.
I was faster than the Corvette. He got around me because he has more horsepower to power up the hill where he passed me but I was faster overall. At the end of the session I had the faster lap time by a tenth of a second. The time came from the official NASA Time Trial results sheet.
