the fact that a lot of youth listen to people like efya odo and her likes speaks a lot about majority of Ghanaian youth. If I'm being honest the 18yr old me knew a lot, understood a lot of stuff and was literally wiser than efya odo.

We seem to have a culture of noise lately. Everyone feels he/she is entitled to an opinion but not ready to accept that of others. We’ve gradually become political animals and we seem not to know the difference between National Interest and Partisan politics. Disagree with someone and they feel you are playing politics. I thought democracy was all about diverse views. 🤦🏼♂️

The only job Efia odo can get in America with her high school degree is working at McDonald’s or KFC. War is waged for peace. You can't be in a state of perpetual opposition because that helps no one. The youth and other social activitists need to understand that it is perfectly possible to hold two ideas in one's head at the same time, you can criticise the follies of the government and at the same time support worthy initiatives they put out.
