If a player is good, no coach will bench you if you go play for your country. Those players are just average and got replaced by their coaches. Worrying about injuries is a different story and even with that, injuries can happen in practice. We just have to remind these players that someone played with their hearts for Ghana to inspire them to believe they too can make so they owe the next generation too. If not for Abedi, yeboah, lamptey, essien, polo, appiah etc many wont be here.

They should just know they are not loved but only laughed with. So they should be smart with their coaches. And this should be their motivation to perform. As for injuries they can het it anywhere, they should just train well not to get injured.
As an arsenal fan, I think Thomas Partey has always been in our starting eleven. He was never on our transfer list, he rather wanted to move because he felt he was injury prone and the offer on the table was huge for him, but there is been a breakthrough after we gave him one of our medical team to always keep monitoring him whenever he came to play for the black stars. Fortunately for him, Merino is not adjusting to what Arteta wants, finding it hard to play Granit Xhaka role, Declan Rice is good but not the quality we wanted, regardless he is useful. Jorgginho lacks a bit of pressure resistance qualities. infact He is the only Midfielder apart of Odegaard who understands what Arteta wants to achieve. The funny thing is, whenever players go on international break, the players who stay behind at Arsenal really train a lot, and even build on their connection and makes it better. They encourage themselves even more. Odegaard went to play for Norway and returned injured. Partey is a key player for Arsenal and w'eve seen that since his injury started popping up. So I think this is a good approach, to come and worsen an injury because you came to play for an Afcon qualification match is kinda a no brainer.
