As we tap on these meridian points, we're sending signals to our brain to calm the stress response and restore balance to our energy system. Feel free to repeat affirmations that resonate with you, such as "I am calm and centered" or "I release stress with ease.

Often, we carry immense pressure to constantly perform and meet expectations, forgetting to extend kindness and understanding to ourselves.
