Simply tap on the points and talk about how you feel. It is also good sometimes to say " Even though I don't know what is blocking me and I feel ( fill in the blank- frustrated, confused, sad, etc.) Also, remember, these tapping videos are not meant to be a substitute for working with a coach or mentor who can really see your blind spots and is very skilled in using EFT Tapping to quickly remove whatever is blocking you from having the love you want. EFT Tapping is a very forgiving process, and it appears not to make much difference ( if any) whether you tap on one side of the face or both, nor does it matter which hand you use or even if you switch sides. It works regardless. Also, there is no particular magic about which point to tap or when, so just tap on the points in any order and use the points that you want to. Can you speak slower, ffs, I repeat things after you and you say another sentence.. and break it down into shorter sentences, this is nearly impossible to follow
