Egg and avocado toast  

1 egg,
1/4 avocado,
garlic powder,
pepper,
toasted bread,
sliced scallion (if you like)
siracha hot sauce (if you like)
How to make it:
Toast a slice of bread, and cook the egg on a skilet with little olive oil.
Mash the avocado in a bowl adding the garlic powder and pepper.
Add it on the toasted slice of bread and top it with the fried egg.
Spinkle it with the scalion and the hot sauce.
Enjoy!
