This channel started when I became a mom and creativity was knocking from inside my skin to get a new life. I started sharing recipes on RU-vid as a cooking show, shooting with an old phone. I was sharing two videos/ week making a huge effort. A few months later I was out of energy. I took my time. A few months later a new season was born. The hero was not me but the recipes themselves. A year later a new piece was added. A little piece of our life and made a new canvas of beautiful colors that tell our story.
I believe, Life is moments. A blank canvas that we draw with our own colors. I hope sharing some of these colors of my canvas with you is making this ride joyful and happy.

Hi there! You need to get puff pastry dough for this recipe. In Greek is called "phyllo sfoliata" (φύλλο σφολιάτας) if you have any Greek or Mediterranean store around you can check the frozen section. You can actually find the puff pastry dough almost in all supermarkets. Good luck with the recipe! I am sure you are going to love it!
Any oat flour is good for the recipe. If you don't have, you can put regular oats to a food processor. You only check consistency to be creamy, not runny when you make them! Thank you for your comment 😊
