Making semi-hard cheese 🧀 at home is very common in Latvia. And upon the tradition, the cheese with cumin, seeds or herbs is the "must have" for the Midsummer night feast as a good companion to the glass of ice cold beer 🍺!
I encourage you to make it on your own! BUT! - for the best result you'll need the best products: full fat milk and at least 20% sour cream. I used regular bottled milk from the local store (3,6% fat), but I'm not so sure the UHT processed milk will give the same result.
