Flour 450-500g
Buttermilk 250 ml
Yeast 10 g
Eggs 1 pc
Sunflower oil 50 ml.
Sugar 1 tsp.
Salt 0.5 tsp.
Filling:
Cheese 100 g
Garlic 7 cloves
Sunflower oil 2 tbsp.
A small bunch of parsley
Bake for 35-40 minutes at 180 degrees
