I tried this recipe using hot water instead of yeast and oil, and applied butter instead of 油酥. The pastry puffed up, I couldn’t believe it! Mine is crispy but after pouring the egg in, it became a little softer. Added some Tom yam paste to the egg mixture 😋 谢谢小高姐!
