Ingredients :
முட்டை / Egg - 5 Nos
பாஸ்மதி அரிசி / Basmati Rice - 150g
வெங்காயம் / Onion - 1 TableSpoon
வெங்காயத்தாள் / Spring Onion as desired
கேரட் / Carrot - 1
பீன்ஸ் / Beans - 6 to 8
பச்சை மிளகாய் / Green Chilli - 1/4 Tsp
இஞ்சி / Ginger - 1/4 Spoon
பூண்டு / Garlic - 1/4 Spoon
வினிகர் / Vinegar - 1 Tea Spoon
Sugar / சர்க்கரை - A Pinch
எண்ணெய் / Oil - 4 Tbsp
வெள்ளை மிளகு / White Pepper Powder
சோயா சாஸ் / Soya Sauce - 1/2 Tsp
உப்பு / Salt to taste
