Egg lababdar | Easy Egg Curry Egg Lababdar Recipe | Anda curry
Ingredients:
Oil-2 tablespoon
Onion-1 medium finely chopped
Green chilli-2 ( finely chopped)
Ginger garlic paste-1 teaspoon
Tomato-2 medium ( finely chopped)
Salt-3/4 teaspoon ( to taste)
Turmeric powder-1/4 teaspoon
Kashmiri chilli powder-1&1/2 teaspoon
Coriander powder-1 teaspoon
Cumin powder-1/4 teaspoon
pepper powder-1/4 teaspoon
Garam masala-1/2 teaspoon
Kasuri methi-1/4 teaspoon
Cream -1/4 cup ( can be replaced with cashew paste)
Coriander leaves
Egg-4
Water-3/4 cup
Method:
Heat a pan add oil, Saute onions until soft.
Add ginger garlic paste and green chilli, saute until the raw smells goes.
Add the spices and saute for a minute over low heat.
Add tomatoes and cook covered for 5 minutes.
Then add water, cream and salt as needed. Cook for 10 minutes or untill the oil separates.
Add kasuri methi.
Add eggs and cook covered for 6-8 minutes.
Finally garnish with coriander leaves.
