Egg Noodle Lasagna is a real simple way to cut your cooking time practically in half. It's more or less all of the same ingredients you would expect in any great Lasagna only a few changes for the better. Looks really good. We've made something very similar, and we call it "mock lasagna". To save on expense I use cottage cheese in place of ricotta- I know, a lot of folks would think that was a travesty. LOL! My kids grew up on it and now they make it as well. I usually make 3 layers and I use a LOT of shredded parmesan.

Hi Lavorna, I believe I've seen you commenting on my facebook page. I've got a full Lasagna recipe coming up this week and I mix Parmesan into the Ricotta, with a few other ingredients that really make it taste good. I'm filming tomorrow so, hopefully I'll have it edited and posted Friday evening. Wish me luck!

I have a suggestion, recommendation, for ya. To kind of go along with the Poorman's theme, could you include like a guestimate or rough average of what the price of the ingredients are at the end of the videos? Just to get an idea for budgeting and stuff. Just an idea :D.

+The Stry Show I actually use to do that here and there. But just know my general focus is 5 to 10 bucks on a meal that feeds 2 to 5 people, depending on what I'm filming. There are of course the exceptions, things that are still a little "spendy" but I got on sale or the occasional what the heck lets just film this because I want some (Crab Legs, Shrimp etc.). If there is anything special about the recipe, however, that I don't include in the video it will always be written with the recipe on my website.

Another keeper, thank you:)!... Are you self trained or are the recipes from family and/or adjusted from your personal tastes???, anyway you are pretty damn good at it. I work in a corporate restaurant and even though the food is good, I prefer to cook my meals at home for health reasons and love watching your channel.

Hi Shelly, I have been trained a bit but I write the majority of the recipes. Anything that is not, I say so in the title; P.F. Chang's, Olive Garden recipes etc.. Those are not "copy cat" recipes I give you the real thing. Everything else comes from my kitchen and the way I do it or just the way it is done. Thanks for watching.
