I’ve made this twice this past week. It’s so yummy! I topped it off with fresh fruit & a little bit of keto whipped cream. That was the cherry on top for me, but on its own it was very good already. Thanks for the recipe. This is my favorite so far. I’ve already tried 5 of your recipes this past week. Can’t wait to bake more from your recipes.
I made these a couple of nights ago and were so creamy and delicious! I haven’t had a real egg custard in a while so these were amazing. I will use less sugar the next time i make them, as the 55g was a bit too sweet for me but I really appreciate the recipe. Thank you so much!
I just made these and they’re so so good! They taste like baby buttermilk pies lol thank you for making all these sweets. My husband is a diabetic so he has to eat keto and this is a lifesaver!
Смотрю ваши ролики каждый день, сохраняя в избранное чуть ли не все рецепты, что вы показываете 😄 от вашего канала можно получать просто эстетическое наслаждение, даже если не планируешь что-то готовить ❤
I made it for the first time yesterday, the taste is amazing, close enough to the forbidden 'sugary' version, this dessert makes swallowing kale shake palatable, thanks so much for sharing the recipe.
I made these and they are absolutely delicious. I made other two recipes and they came out amazing. My husband loves them as well and he is not on the keto diet. I absolutely love your recipes, you are a blessing for all who are on these diet and want to eat desserts. It really helps me stay on track and don't cheat ❤️ keep up the good work
Awww.. thank you so much Priscila, so happy you guys enjoyed your egg tarts. Grateful to be a part of your keti lifestyle by just sharing recipes. 🥰😊❤️
He hecho los pastelitos😋😋están riquísimos y son fáciles de hacer.Muchas gracias por todas tus recetas🥰🥰son maravillosas.Muchos besitos😘😘desde España🇪🇦🇪🇦🇪🇦
This seem a very good keto adaptation of the real egg tart. Something I may try differently would possibly replace some of the heavy cream, and make a light caramel with sweetener and a tiny bit of water and a few drops of lemon juice, since the non keto one requires sugar syrup, just to caramelise the top while baking. Thanks for all the ideas.. Keto is no longer boring to follow..
I love your videos always. It looks amazing. I like egg tart so much before started keto. Now I am glad you taught us recipe.. I am happy you share with us. Thank you so much. I wanna try this one.
CD R hi! I didn’t put anything or did not grease the pan before putting the crust. I used a non stick muffin pan and the butter in the crust itself will help the unmolding easier. 💕
I’m try this... they are fabulous.. thank you for all your recipes, did you considering to make a keto ”tres leches” you probably have a great recipe, I hope you considering.. Thank you so much!!
@@ketoserts my parents love the egg tarts. Made 4 batches already. My only question is: what to do with all the egg whites? Do you have a recipe that uses only egg whites? Thank you!
Hi, thank you very much for all your beautiful pâtisseries ~ I enjoy a lot watching your video-recipes :)! I actually just tried to make those egg tarts, which came out pretty good, except the crust is kind of soft, even though I cooked them longer (to brown the top), and let them cool down 15min. I wonder if it’s because I used silicone mold or maybe my oven :/. Would you have some advise for my second trial ?
Thank you Celine! Sorry about your crust. But using silicone is a poor heat-conductor and baked goods tend to brown very little, if at all, when baked in these pans. Try baking them a little longer. Or better yet try them baking on a regular metal pans to make sure even distribution of heat. Hope it works perfectly next time. 😊❤️
Yes as long as it’s sugar free you’re good to to go. You can use coconut milk or coconut cream, it should work too if you’re ok with some coconut flavour into your filling that should be ok. 💕
Hello Hydi, you can use granulated erythritol but you may experience some grittiness in your custard that’s why it’s best to use the powdered one. If you have a magic bullet, you can blitz your granulated erythritol to powder it. That’s how I make it.❤️🤗
Hello, I've made your recipe a few times and it tastes great! However, I keep having the issue of the tarts bubbling and so the surface isn't smooth. Do you have any tips?
Hi Aimee here are a few tips - Whisk the custard just barely, enough to get the mixture to come together but not so much that you incorporate air into the custard - If any air bubbles form prior baking break them with toothpick.. don't pour mixture from any height otherwise more bubbles will appear. - Over beating the egg yolks and sugar for the filling, perhaps just slowly combine the two without incorporating any air with a whisk
Thank you! I don’t think it will be the same when you freeze it. Custard based things do not freeze well. The custard can separate, as as they defrost and liquid that weeps out will be absorbed by the pastry making it soggy. They’ll usually taste ok, but it won’t be anything close to fresh.
¡Hola! puedes consultar mi receta de tarta de crema de coco. utilicé una corteza de harina de coco, puedes usar esa corteza de receta en reemplazo de la corteza de harina de almendras 😊
marshah sera hello! Yes you can use coconut flour for the crust. You can add 2 eggs and 1/3 cup of butter in every 3/4 cups of coconut flour. Just add some sweetener acdg to your taste. 😊❤️
Hi! You can use my keto egg pie crust if you want to use coconut flour as your crust. Here’s the link ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-NmP7pZDHkTE.html
