This 7 minute Eggless Coffee Cake in the microwave is the BOMB
You can eat is just like that but with frosting or ice cream it’s even better!
1 cup milk
3 tbsp coffee powder
¾ cup sugar
½ cup oil
1+½ cup all purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp baking soda
Enjoy!

I don't know mine is an otg but maybe 190°c will work for oven too, please remember maybe.. I hope it helps, if it'll fail it'll fail and you'll know that this won't work at least.. It's just my opinion.

Microwave for 7 minutes but what power is your microwave? My old one was like 500 watts by the time I gave up on it (originally 700 LOL) and my new one is 1100 watts and I'm still trying to adjust to it.
