For Candied nuts :
1/2 cup or 120 gram sugar
3/4 cup or 180 ml water
20 gram cashew
20 gram almonds
20 gram walnuts
20 gram pistachio
20 gram pecan
20 gram cranberry
20 gram tutti frutti
For Cake base :
1/2 cup or 120 ml oil
1 cup or 150 gram powdered sugar
1 cup or 150 gram all purpose flour
2 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
3/4 cup or 180 ml milk
1/2 tsp vinegar
1 tsp vanilla essence
Pinch of salt
Nuts for garnishing
