Setting time - Approximately 6 hours in the refrigerator (best results if set overnight)
Shelf life - 3-4 days in the refrigerator
You can set it in a cake ring (7 inches), mousse cups, shot glasses, or glass jars.

Soft butter - 40g
CHEESECAKE MIXTURE / FILLING -
Whipped cream - 100g
Cream cheese - 150g
Melted white chocolate - 75g
Fresh cream - 40g
Vanilla essence - 1 tsp
