INGREDIENTS & PROCESS-
3 tbsp black raisin
3 tbsp golden raisin
3 tbsp cherry
3 tbsp Tutti Frutti
3 tbsp Almond
3 tbsp Cashew nuts
3 tbsp pistachio
3 tbsp dates
8 tbsp orange juice (use packaged juice)
Soak for atleast 1 hour (if you have time then soak for 3 to 4 hr)
Caramel Syrup-
6 tbsp sugar
Cook until caramelised (low medium flame)
Let it cool
Add 3 tbsp warm or hot water
Mix
Keep aside
1 cup or 150ml milk (room temp)
1/3 cup or 85 ml oil (non flavour)
1 tsp cinnamon (dalchini) powder
1/2 tsp clove (loong) powder
Whisk
2 cup or 260 gm all purpose flour or maida
1/2 cup or 90 gm powder sugar
1 tbsp Coco powder
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 th tsp baking soda
1 pinch salt (optional)
Sieve & mix well
Add 3 tbsp water (more if needed)
Caramel syrup
Soaked fruits
Mix
Take a mold
Grease oil and dust flour or place a baking paper
Pour batter
Nuts & raisins
Place a curry pan (kadhai)
Put a stand
Preheat for 10 min
Cook for 49 to 45 min in low medium flame or bake in a preheated oven at 170 Celsius for 60 min
