Eggless Rajbhog Cake Recipe:

Sponge Recipe:
Curd - 1/4 cup
Milk - 1/4 cup
Powdered Sugar - 1/3 cup
Refined Oil - 3 Tbsp
Rose Essence - 1/2 Tsp
Cardamom Powder - 1/8 Tsp
Yellow Food Colour - optional
All Purpose Flour - 1/2 cup + 2 Tbsp
Cornflour - 1 Tbsp
Baking Powder - 1/2 Tsp
Baking Soda - 1/4 Tsp
Salt - a tiny pinch

For Frosting:
Chilled Sweetened Whipping Cream - 1/2 cup
Yellow Food Colour - 2-3 drops
.

For Filling - Khoya Dryfruit Mixture:
Milk - 1/2 cup
Ghee - 1 Tsp
Granulated Sugar - 2 Tbsp
Milk Powder - 50 gms
Kesar - a pinch
Chopped Cashews - 1 Tbsp
Chopped Almonds - 1 Tbsp
Chopped Pistachios - 1 Tbsp

For Soaking Sponge:
Milk - 1/2 cup
Kesar - one pinch
Powdered Sugar - 2 Tbsp

For Garnishing:
Chopped Dry Fruits Mix
Golden/Silver Leaf

Note :
1 cup = 240 ml
.
Preheat Time - 10 mins at 180 degrees celsius.
Baking Time - 20-25 mins at 180 degrees celsius.
