@@teyonapeace7963 i made this a while ago and i was a beginner so i didn’t have much experience in baking. for a beginner, the taste was really good. i’ve gotten much better now and i say the recipe is perfect. i would rate it an 8-9. i hope this helps!

It came four pretty good but I didn’t put as much so they were pretty thin. I do recommend it but it tasted more like corn bread only thing is out more vanilla extract. Out of 10 I would give it a good 7.5. DO RECOMMEND for sure.
vinegar is often included in cakes and cookie batters to react with baking soda and start the chemical reaction needed to produce carbon dioxide and give those batters a lift as they bake.

Butter cream frosting recipe is coming up really soon (if you want I can upload it on coming Tuesday) but because it's your daughter's birthday so here you go.... 1 cup butter (soft but holds shape) 1 tsp vanilla & whip for 2 mins till butter turn very light, fluffy and pale is colour. Then add 4 cups of icing sugar (add little at a time) and whip till stiff peaks. Now ad 2 tsp milk and mix well. Your vanilla butter cream frosting is ready.
