They are great for those which are learning to cook and also for children that are struggling to eat they veggies. You can have them with a salad to make it a perfect healthy lunch or dinner or you can also eat them in a bun to enjoy a tasty vegan burger. Enjoy them!

-1 medium onion
-2 garlic cloves
-olive oil
-black pepper
-1/2 tsp salt
